Sea Paws Scents is not responsible for any shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, or delivery errors once an order has been shipped. We use third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) and cannot control or guarantee their performance. All estimated shipping times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, it is considered the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Orders:
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Delays caused by customs inspections are beyond our control, and we are not liable for such delays.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation. We will do our best to resolve the issue, but we reserve the right to assess each situation individually.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order candles may take up to 5 business days to prepare before shipping. If an order will take longer then 5 days to prepare to ship out for any reason we will contact you with an estimated date that the order will be shipped out.

Shipping Methods & Rates:
We offer flat-rate shipping within the U.S. via USPS or UPS:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $5.99

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days): $9.99

  • Free shipping on orders over $50!

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package right to your door.
