We will only issue refunds or replacements for damaged or defective items. To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, provide proof of purchase, and submit clear photographs of the issue.

At Sea Paws Scents, we take pride in the quality of our hand-poured candles and wax melts. Because our products are made in small batches—often custom or made to order—we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns for change of mind, scent preference, or custom order variations.
Order Cancellations
Custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your candle or wax melt may already be in production and cannot be canceled or refunded.
