Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure our candles are accurately described and represented. However, slight variations in color, scent, and size may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments via [ e.g., PayPal, credit/debit cards]. Orders will only be processed upon successful payment.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services. If processing a order to ship will take longer then 5 days for any reason we will contact you with an estimate date that your order will be shipped out.

Returns and Refunds

Refund & Return Policy

At Sea Paws Scents, we take pride in the quality of our hand-poured candles and wax melts. Because our products are made in small batches—often custom or made to order—we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns for change of mind, scent preference, or custom order variations.

Order Cancellations

Custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your candle or wax melt may already be in production and cannot be canceled or refunded.

All content on this site, including images, logos, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of Sea Paws Scents and may not be used without our written permission.

Sea Paws Scents is not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Burn candles responsibly.
